This Kiwi Company focuses on CNC Milling, EDM Wire cutting, Tools Design, Tool Modelling, Grinding and Precision Engineering started in 1979 in a backyard garage in Beachlands, Auckland before it registered as a company in 1980. The company moved to several places thereafter and have been happily settled in Cascades Road, Pakuranga since 1998.
Over 40 years ago in a backyard garage in Beachlands, Auckland, a young, gifted toolmaker, Roger Longstaff had always seen potential in establishing his own tool making company in Auckland. Along with the joint support of his brothers, David and Michael, Roger was able to officially register Timely Tools as a trading company in 1980.
Fast forward to 2002, Luke Longstaff who naturally shared the same passion for tool making as his father; joined Timely Tools at a young age of 17. Under Roger's mentorship, Luke, a qualified toolmaker himself developed an acute eye for precision craftsmanship along with sound technical, operational and management skills in overseeing the daily running’s of the company. His other passions for technology, graphic design and solid modelling have also been instrumental in the growth of the company to date.
All the machines at Timely Tools have been carefully hand selected based on its overall accuracy and performance in producing the highest quality of work.
